Entry #1 during COVID

Tensions run high for Healthcare workers these days. Healthcare workers are tired in both the USA and SKorea and having to meet regulations, maintain standards, work long hours etc. It continues to be a difficult time for the world.

Tensions run high for immigration officers as well as for folks responsible for the movement of qurantiners. There was lots of impatience and frustration, pushing, shouting, verbal abuse especially toward foreigners. At one point I was shocked at the barrage from 2 particular officers yelling at my children as we attempted to board the train. The verbal abuse was disheartening.
Korea is full of anxiety. America is full of anxiety. The whole world is anxious and afraid.
